Milla Gill is not just a Reiki Practitioner, Energy Healer, Breathwork Facilitator, Old Style Hawaiian Massage Therapist, and Personal Trainer; she is a radiant source of hope and transformation. The creation of the Soul Touch Space is a sacred response to her own profound journey, one that has ignited her desire to share support with others.
After stepping away from a demanding corporate career that left her spirit weary, Milla embarked on a spiritual quest to uncover the roots of her anxiety and physical discomfort. As a mother, became increasingly aware of repeating wounded patterns and felt a strong urge to break the cycle for her children. This realization fueled her commitment to be the best example for them, guiding her toward healing and self-discovery. She courageously confronted unresolved childhood wounds and deep-seated traumas, recognizing them as the source of her struggles. This transformative moment initiated her healing journey a path enriched with therapy breathwork, meditation, and the gentle embrace massage. Through these sacred practices, Milla not only reclaimed her own well being but also reconnected with her Māori ancestral wisdom.
